At INTERIART, we take pride in our handcrafted chess sets. Each product is carefully inspected before shipment.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Used items are not eligible for return.

Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of engraved and personalized products, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Shipping

If the order is not defective and there is no production error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank provider.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
